Strokes are life-threatening and can occur suddenly. Symptoms may appear up to a month before, such as weakness or numbness on one side, vision loss, severe headaches, or dizziness.
Transient ischemic attacks (TIAs), known as “mini-strokes,” can cause temporary symptoms similar to a stroke.
Other warning signs include difficulty speaking, coordination problems, and unexplained shortness of breath.
Be alert and seek immediate medical attention if you experience any of these symptoms to avoid serious complications.
