Newly revealed texts show the alleged ‘skin-crawling’ messages a married teacher sent to a 15-year-old boy.Christina Formella, a 30-year-old special ed teacher and soccer coach at Downers Grove South High School was arrested on Sunday for two counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse and one count of criminal sexual assault.

Text messages from 2023 were discovered on Friday by the police where Formella allegedly told the victim “I love having sex with you”  to which the child replied “I love you so so much mama,”.The then 28-year-old replied “I love you sooooo much baby… Even though this morning was short, it was perfect,”.

“I know baby it was perfect baby so perfect,” the boy replied back, adding “I know baby I love it so much … It feels so good … It’s so passionate … It’s so intimate … It’s so perfect,”The police searched the phone after evidence that Formella was in an inappropriate relationship with her student that allegedly started when she molested him over two years ago. An assault that started when they were in a classroom alone while she tutored him in December 2023 – up until the teen ended it.

After she was arrested from her home in Chicago, police found text in her “Notes” app that further hinted they she was having a sexual relationship with an underage student.The former-teacher claimed the app was an “outlet for her anxiety” and that the sexual content was about her husband.She also claims to be the victim herself, of “blackmail” from the boy and that she is being targeted because she is “good looking”.

The court documents read: “She claimed that one day, [the boy] had grabbed her phone unattended, had entered her passcode … had sent the message to his phone, had then deleted the message from her phone, and had saved it to his phone as blackmail,”.

“[Formella said] everybody comes after her because she is good looking and she is just a good person who cared too much about [the boy],”.The child’s mother discovered the text messages after buying him a new phone on Friday and logging into his iCloud account. She took her son to the police station that day and reported the abuse.

Formella had previously shared wedding photos of herself and her husband – who appear to have tied the knot in August 2024. The pair were student athletes together at Concordia UniversityShe has since been placed on paid leave from her job at Downers Grove High School, where she has worked for 5 years.
